Are they really gluten-free?

The recipe is flourless — there's no gluten in any ingredient. That said, they're baked in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, so if you're celiac and strict about cross-contact, that's your call. I'd rather tell you the truth than a marketing line.

What's in them?

Peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, chocolate chips (Hu dark or Guittard semisweet), and flaky Maldon salt on top. Contains peanuts and eggs. No flour, ever.

How long do they last?

Best within about a week, sealed. Room temperature is the magic — no oven, no microwave. There's no gluten holding them together, so warm cookies fall apart.

What's the Mystery Cookie?

A numbered test recipe in an unmarked black bag that may never exist again. No, I won't tell you what it is. Allergens are always disclosed — the mystery is the flavor, never the safety.
